The ELMA project hosted its first Seminar on Universal Accessibilityaimed at bringing awareness to the local and regional service providers.
There were over 20 guests ranging from various fields of trade from around vuokatti.
Besides having an array of presentations from a variety of speakers, the seminar was also the location for ELMA to formal introduce itself to the public of Kainuu as well as launching its Accessibility guidebook for the service providers (presently only available in finnish). A second Seminar, this time for the International audience, is planned for January 2011 during the time of the IPC World Cup.
